All items are shipped using United Postal Service or Federal Express. Once your item is purchased, you will receive two emails. First a receipt email immediately after your purchase. Then, usually within the next 24 hours, you'll receive an email confirming your item or items have shipped. This email will also contain a United Parcel Service or Federal Express packing tracking number for your records. Unused merchandise may be returned for a credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
